Chris Hughston, II

Chris joined North, Pursell & Ramos, P.L.C. at the start of 2024 as an associate attorney. He is admitted to practice law in Tennessee, and focuses his practice on aviation law, commercial transactional law, property, and construction. He is a pilot with an ASEL rating, and is working on further ratings.

Originally from Texas, he previously assisted in managing the largest regional title plant in South Texas. He then helped grow the family independent insurance agency, which is now well into its fourth generation, before joining North, Pursell & Ramos, P.L.C.

Chris graduated from The University of Tennessee College of Law in 2016, where he was a member and officer of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. During this time, he had the distinction of serving alongside general counsel of an international shipping corporation for a year and a half. Prior to law school he graduated from Texas A&M University in 2013, majoring in History with a minor in English.

An ardent conservationist, Chris and his family enjoy the outdoors and road trips, as well as volunteering at the local church, airport, and community theatre.
